If there's one thing the internet loves, it's a good mystery. And Valve is of the best at getting the world wide web (does anyone call it that anymore?) all riled up, particularly when they talk Team Fortress 2. This time around, they're hinting at the TF2 Halloween event with a portion of newspaper, specifically the classifieds. What could it mean? Help me figure it out, friends.
First things first: That big image? Clearly a new hat. And a sweet one at that. The reference to the Alamo could certainly be a hint at a new map inspired by the famous Texas mission/fortress. Would that not be appropriate for Mann vs. Machine? The ad for new soldiers in Mann Co.'s robot war in the upper left only furthers that theory.
So now that I've solved that one for you, what do you guys think about all the magical stuff? We've got Wizardcon, some voodoo-cursed items, the Bombinomicon, and something about the Soldier becoming a wizard's familiar. What could it all mean?
